It didn't take long for Florentine to find love. He and Poppy soon married.

Florentine, though quite a protective husband, is known for an occasional tryst or three. In fact, he's sired all of my female pigeons' eggs at one time or another.

Florentine is the loudest pigeon I've ever met. You can hear his coo for miles. (Or yards, at least.) He's handsome: black with white wings feathers, strong, proud, and beautiful.
