Gwendolyn
Gwendolyn is an German athletic pigeon who joined our family on December 30, 2000. Gwendolyn was out training one day when she was attacked by a hawk. Her wing was severely broken and her neck was ripped. Miraculously, she survived with the help of a kind couple who brought her in for treatment
Gwendolyn is doing much better
now. Gwendolyn is strong, muscular, smart, curious, active, anxious, and she enjoys cartography, reading, and fine dining.

Her wing is better, and she can fly a little bit. She came to my
aviary weighing an astonishing 17 ounces, which is quite big for a
rehabilitating female pigeon !! Her partner is Yngvar, an Ice Pigeon
whom she met while in the hospital.
