Pour the solution into the syringe. You should be able to see how much you are using. Pour a little more because you will need to push out air and you will lose some formula.

Put the top on the syringe. I hold one finger under the syringe to prevent losing too much formula. It's okay if you make a mess -- you can always rinse it off!

Remove the air from the syringe by holding it upside down and pushing up the solution until you have no air bubbles. If you need to add more formula, you can do so now.
